Terms of Service
Welcome to Beehive Window Cleaning. By booking or receiving services from Beehive Window Cleaning ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Offered
We provide professional residential and commercial window cleaning, screen cleaning, track cleaning, and other related exterior/interior cleaning services as outlined at the time of scheduling. Exact services rendered will be based on the service package selected by the customer.
2. Scheduling & Access
- Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all windows and areas scheduled for cleaning.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service if unsafe conditions are present (e.g., aggressive pets, locked gates, inclement weather).
- If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to lack of access, a trip charge may apply.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change based on actual site conditions.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our website.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service and we will return to address any issues. Any claims made after 48 hours may be subject to additional charges.
5. Damage & Liability
- We take every precaution to avoid damage. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or items improperly installed or maintained (e.g., brittle screens, rotted sills, loose trim).
- Customer agrees to notify us of any known issues prior to service.
- Any verified damage caused by us will be repaired or compensated at our discretion.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.
7. Weather Delays
Outdoor cleaning services may be postponed due to rain, high winds, or other hazardous conditions. We will contact you to reschedule as soon as it is safe to resume work.
8. Recurring Service Agreements
For customers enrolled in regular service (monthly, quarterly, etc.), prices are subject to review every 12 months or in the event of significant changes to service needs or property layout.
9. Privacy & Communication
- Your contact and service information will be used solely to communicate with you regarding your services or promotions from Beehive Window Cleaning.
- You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the instructions in the message or contacting us directly.
10. Changes to Terms
Beehive Window Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
